Cancellation policy

If you need to modify your appointment, please use the link provided in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment cost. Failure to cancel or attend the appointment will result in a charge for the full cost of the booked treatment. Please note that if the cancellation fee is not paid we may engage external services to collect the outstanding amount, and associated costs will be added to the cancellation fee.
